At The Casual Company, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

Label and Post

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
